As an OCT certified teacher over 8 years of teaching experience, I know that academic success means more than just getting good grades. It means respecting students and their ideas, giving them a safe space to voice their thoughts and opinions, and providing them with the right tools to flourish. Many of my students have not only seen an improvement of over 20% in their grades over time, but have done so with confidence and enthusiasm. They leave with higher self-esteem and deeper respect for themselves and the English subject.

Over the years, I have recognized common challenges that students face when approaching different topics in English and writing essays. I can help your child strengthen their essay-writing skills, with a particular focus on sentence structure, thesis writing, and critical thinking and analysis.
